The dmshare interface has been logically sectioned off to help you easily navigate through your account. Upon logging into your account, you will see a navigation menu to the left and an information screen to the right. Clicking on one of the navigation menu items on the left changes what you see on the right.
Directory Contents
When you click on a navigation menu item that pertains to a directory, your directory listing shows the contents of the current directory with information pertaining to each item.

The Top Toolbar
The toolbar at the top of the right frame is used for managing the current folder as well as those files and folders in the directory listing.
Sorting Your Files and Folders
The order of your file and directory listing may be sorted according to name, size, or date of last modification. By clicking on the title of each of these columns, files and directories will automatically sort in ascending order, grouping directories separately from files.
To sort in descending order, click the column title again. The black "up" arrow indicates that the contents are sorted in ascending order while the black "down" arrow indicates descending order.
Search
Search allows a user to search for files within your dmshare account.
When selecting criteria for the search, the results returned will match ALL of the chosen criteria. The only exception to this rule is when choosing to search based on a file's document class properties. For more information about searching using a file's document class properties, see Advanced Search
To start a search for a document, navigate to the search page by clicking the search icon in the top toolbar. The last search run from your system is cached and may be reloaded by clicking the "Reload last search" button on the search page. This search can be changed, edited and re-used as required.
There are two types of searches:
Basic Search
A Basic Search allows you to search for a file based on the file's name and/or a file's assigned category.
