Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
DCSL provides experienced MLROs skilled in the prevention, detection, reporting, and compliance areas of anti-money laundering subject to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority’s Guidance Notes on the Prevention and Detection of Money Laundering in the Cayman Islands May 2007. 

Agent for Service of Process
DCSL is able to represent foreign companies and provide an agent for service of process to receive legal notices or processes on the foreign company’s behalf. This type of service is also referred to as a Registered Agent.

Proxy Services
DCSL is able to act as a proxy agent for shareholders in accordance with the terms of the appointment set out in the subscription application for the respective company.
