Jelana Eckart Jelana oversees the corporate administration and fiduciary services departments of dms Corporate Services Ltd. (DCSL), providing related administration services to a wide range of corporations. Previously, Jelana Eckart worked as a Senior Corporate Administrator of affiliate company dms Management Ltd., the largest fund governance firm serving the hedge fund industry. Prior to joining DCSL, she worked for Ogier, a leading law firm in the Cayman Islands. Jelana boasts extensive experience in fund document preparation, management and record keeping. Jelana began her career with the Department of Justice and Watson Goepel in Vancouver, and thereafter joined Appleby in Bermuda. Jelana earned a Paralegal Diploma from the Capilano University in Canada and a Legal Secretarial Certificate from the Wascana Institute of Technology in Canada.
